How much is it for Proffoto to attend and photograph your event?

We do not charge to attend your local event, however we need to cover our expenses when travelling a long way from West Yorkshire (max £150). In the case of a charity event we will make a donation to the charity of choice.

Large organisations, e.g. Schools, Universities, Hotels etc

We will make a percentage of profits donation to the organisation, this can be discussed further when booking, we will beat any other donation offered by other companies.

How much space is required for the portable studio ?

The space required to set up our studio and printing facilities is just 4mx4m square and can be set up in as little as 30 minutes.

Are you recognised by any professional photography organisation ?

Yes, we are qualified and experienced photographers and are recognised by the British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP) to Associateship level (ABIPP). You can check this on their web site: http://www.bipp.com/find_a_photographer.html and search for Spawforth.

Can I buy enlargements and further prints after the event ?

Yes, all our events are uploaded to our on-line secure gallery for purchasing after the event (available within 24 hrs) prices start from just £5 for a 7x5 print. These are delivered to your door with 3-5 days.

How much are the prints?

The prints we sell on the night are £10 each, this is for an 8″ x 6″ high quality print in a strut mount, there is no obligation for guests to purchase prints. Images can be previewed prior to purchasing. We can offer the prints as cheap as £5 each if they are prepaid.

Quality of prints on site ?

We use the highest quality dye sublimation technology printers meaning that they far superior to ink jet printers, and output at very high speed. The quality is better than a photographic print.

Where do we cover ?

All enquiries regarding your venue will be considered, we are based in West Yorkshire, there is no fee for attendance at local events, but expenses may be recovered at events further afield (max £150).

Do we do weddings ?

Yes, we can discuss your individual requirements and prices accordingly, our wedding packages start at just £500 and go up to £1200 for a full package. Please visit our gallery for examples.

Events and portraits:

We do not charge a sitting fee for portrait sessions and events at a venue of your choice, providing there are a minimum of 8 groups or individuals.

We charge just £10 per instant photographic print, these are provided instantly and are in a high quality mount.

Re-prints can be ordered at the same time and printed immediately, priced at just £5 each.

We accept cheque, cash and credit/debit cards through payments for all on-line sales or cash/cheque on the day.

Framing and canvas prints can be ordered on the day, please ask the photographer for prices and delivery times.

Weddings:

Our wedding packages start at just £500, individual requirements will be quoted for on booking, each wedding will have two professional experienced photographers attending, unlike most photographic businesses where only one photographer and an assistant is sent.

We can attend your wedding for free is you would like us to photograph your guests in their finery on the reception night, prints are instant and still priced at just £10 each or £5 for prepaid packages allowing all your guests to go home with a professional studio portrait photograph.
